All sales are final. All payments made are nonrefundable. Payments made may be moved to a new session date or gifted to another client. A separate payment plan or pre-purchase contract will be sent after you have checked out.
Payments are drafted automatically.
We require two credit/debit cards to be on file for the duration of the payment plan. In the event the primary card is declined, the backup card will automatically be charged. If after 3 declined attempts have been made, the payment plan contract will become void and the remaining balance will be due in full before moving forward with the scheduled photo shoot. If you need to update the cards on file, we ask that you send an email to info@southerncharmcreative.com advising us so we may update the information at least 7 days before the next scheduled draft.
We cannot accept cash payments for pre-session payment plans.Additional album spreads may be added to any album for an additional fee. You may choose to upgrade the size of your album for an additional fee up to 18x18 inches. We only offer square albums at this time.
Professional video is about 2 minutes. The video itself can be choreographed or a collection of behind the scenes and choreographed content.
